Take I-90 to the I-390 exit (the second Rochester exit).

Go north on 390 (before the 490 interchange), all the way to the Brooks Ave & Airport exit.

Exit onto Brooks Ave going East (into the city).

Follow Brooks Ave; it will change its name to 'South Plymouth Ave'.

Just after the name change, South Plymouth will hang a left and start up a hill.

At the top of that hill (5 blocks or so) there is a traffic light (intersection of South Plymouth & Magnolia).
