Room Availability

We may have a spot opening up in February 2012. Let us know if you are interested! Even if you don't live in the house, there are plenty of ways to be involved, including general membership and food share. If you're interested, please still get in touch with us, and as always, feel free to drop by our 'Thursgiving" Thursday Potlucks @ 7:30pm!

Philosophy?

A hot tub which runs all year is in the backyard of 972 S. Plymouth Ave (Small World Collective).

High speed wireless internet access is available in all of our houses. Wired internet in 964 and 960.

Process for joining

  1. Fill out our membership application and email it to housing@ant-hill.org.

  2. After we receive your application, the Housing & Hospitality manager will contact you to setup a tour/visit. We prefer all prospective residents to see the house and meet everyone, but special arrangements can be made if you are not already in the area (mention this on your application). Frequently we suggest the prospective residents come to our Thursday potluck (Thursgiving). This visit is an opportunity for us to get to know you, but it's more for you to decide if the co-op is right for you.

  3. If you then decide you want to move in, declare your interest to Housing & Hospitality. You will be contacted within a week as to whether you have been accepted into the house.

  4. Payment of a $330 security deposit confirms your acceptance and holds your room.
